Service Agreement and Disclaimer
By completing this order, the Client agrees to the following terms:
Scope of Services
- Shopify Premium Managed (Standard Package): Providara provisions the AI Concierge on the Client's Shopify store using a dedicated Private App created in the Client's Shopify Admin. Included setup covers basic customization (brand colors, welcome message, widget positioning), deployment of the theme app extension, testing guidance, and launch support.
- Advanced customizations (advanced RAG, complex integrations, bespoke development) are evaluated case-by-case and quoted separately after initial setup.
Setup Process (Standard Package)
The Client and Providara each have defined steps:
- Client: Creates a Private App in Shopify Admin, submits the App name, Client ID, and Client Secret through the secure Providara order portal, authorizes the Private App when prompted, and enables the Providara AI Service app embed in the Shopify theme editor (App embeds → toggle on → Save).
- Providara: After credentials are received, deploys the theme app extension to the Client's Private App using Shopify CLI (manual deployment by our setup team), then notifies the Client when deployment is complete so they can enable the embed.
- Temporary staff access (fallback only): Under normal circumstances the Client does not need to invite Providara staff to their store. If the Client cannot enable the theme embed after following our instructions, Providara may offer an optional fallback where the Client invites our setup team as a temporary Shopify user with the App developer role. The Client may remove that user when setup is finished.
Free Trial Period
The 7-day free trial begins when Providara marks the order as delivered after setup is complete (theme extension deployed and the Client has been instructed to enable the embed). During the trial, the AI service is fully active subject to the Client completing any remaining steps (such as Private App authorization and enabling the app embed).
Payment and Service Continuity
The one-time setup fee is collected after the free trial if the Client chooses to continue. If payment is not received when due after the trial, the service may be paused or disabled until payment is completed.
One-Time Setup with Ongoing Access
This is a one-time setup service. Upon successful payment after the trial, the Client receives ongoing access to the installed system (subject to continued compliance with these terms). The Client may receive future platform updates and optimizations as described in Providara's current service terms.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate Private App credentials and keep them secure; Providara stores them encrypted and uses them only for this setup.
- Complete Private App authorization and enable the Providara AI Service app embed in the theme editor when instructed.
- Provide and maintain a valid AI API key, pay AI usage fees directly to the provider, and keep the app embed enabled after go-live.
- Respond promptly to setup instructions on the Providara order dashboard and in email.
Limitations of Liability
The Provider is not responsible for AI API costs, Shopify store performance, business revenue, or any indirect damages. The Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the setup service.
No Refunds
No refunds will be issued after the AI system has been deployed, delivery has been recorded, and the 7-day trial period has begun.
